Read every term before you book. That's the point.
What "qualified" means. A decision-maker, at a brand whose volume clears your stated MOQ tier per SKU, in a category you run, who shows up. The definition is written down and signed at kickoff — before we send anything. Not our opinion. Yours, signed.
You confirm every meeting. A meeting counts toward the 12 only after you confirm it cleared the signed definition. If a brand shows up and the real volume is a fraction of the estimate, you flag it and it doesn't count. The dispute rule is in the agreement.
What happens if we're short at day 90. You stop paying. We keep working — same inboxes, same monitoring, same reply handling — until you've had all 12. It's a service commitment in the agreement, not a refund coupon. No refund games, no asterisks hiding in footnotes.
The holiday clause. The 90-day clock excludes December 15 – January 5. Brands don't book co-packer meetings the week of Christmas, and we don't count weeks when brands aren't buying. That's honesty, not fine print.
Why 90 days and not 30. Domain warmup takes two weeks. Brands answer on their schedule, not ours. Meetings compound in weeks 3–8. A 30-day promise would be a lie; 90 days is physics.
What we never promise. Signed contracts. Co-packing deals close in 2–6 months, on your line trials, your samples, your terms. Anyone who promises contracts from cold outreach is lying to you. We promise the pipeline; you close the deals.
